I just watched, This Emotional Life - a powerful PBS special that aired last year.  Informative, emotional, empowering and inspiring, this special is a MUST SEE for all personal/professional development professionals. The three-part series explores improving our social relationships, learning to cope with depression and anxiety, and becoming more positive, resilient individuals.
