Speak to Grow Your Group Coaching Business

You can grow your group coaching business by speaking. You do not have to be a professional to sound like one. Of course, these tips apply to becoming a professional speaker, however, everyone does not want to speak for a living. My professional speaking career was birthed from owning a model agency. I owned an agency specializing in plus size models. I was constantly talking about my business and people would invite me to come to events and talk about my business. Each time I gave a speech, I saw my revenues increase.  Eventually, I became a professional speaker and earn my living as a speaker. You can increase your group coaching by speaking and giving powerful presentations.

This is my first blog post for Group Coaching Mastery and I am excited about the opportunity of sharing information with you on how to grow your business by speaking.  This blog post will give you information about performance while you are on stage or in front of an audience. Below are some tips to help you when you are on stage:

• Know Your Content
  Have your key message points memorized or displayed visually. These points will keep your material flowing naturally and jog the less familiar statements out of you. If you happen to stumble, your next message is there to help.
• Perfect Means Practice
  Your first audience is you – in the mirror, and on a voice recorder. Watching and listening to yourself as others will is important to gain confidence and spot weak points.
• Constructive Criticism
  Your second audience is family and friends. Have them critique you on body language and clarity. No audience handy? Video record yourself for a similar effect.
